For me, I'm not using any mods. But the campaign loading time is over 10 minutes and pushing to 15 minutes. This is abnormally long even for HDD drive. I migrated the entire game to another partition in 20 minutes. 
The issue for me is that it is exhibiting some very weird CPU usage and disk speed. The TWW3 process will have high CPU usage and disk speed for around 2 minutes to load the campaign map to 80%. Then it drops to ~5% CPU and 10MB/s disk speed for 10 minutes and load another 10%, which I don't know what it is doing since the overall memory consumption doesn't change. Then in the last minute, it will load the remaining 10% and the memory usage suddenly jumps to the normal campaign map usage. 

Hi there, so this is not what we'd expect - even on a minspec machine we'd be looking at a campaign load time of <2 minutes with the revised compression implementation. Appreciate this post was started over a year ago so apologies for adding to the necro posting W are making continual improvements to the platform to make the community spaces better as well as the bug reporting area. We have ironed out a lot of the kinks in the bug reporting tool so it should be far more stable now. Once posted there, it's in our system and will get looked into no matter how trivial (or complicated!) the issue may be :)

The missions still showing up is fixed as of 6.1.2 :)

The CA Community forums will be undergoing maintenance on Monday, March 31st from 10AM BST. 

We expect this maintenance to take around 3 hours. 

Steam is telling me I need to repurchase Shadows of Change, but I already own it on Steam.

This is a temporary issue while Steam switches ownership to the new Lord packs. You will not need to repurchase Shadows of Change if you own it already on Steam. We have found that restarting Steam has fixed this issue for some users, but some may still need to wait for changes to be made.

No. If you already own Shadows of Change you automatically own the 3 individual lord packs that it has now been split into. 

How much are the individual packs cost? 

The price for each individual lord pack will be £7.49 // Є8.99 // $8.99 the same as Thrones of Decay and Omens of Destruction. 

Can I still purchase all three packs in a bundle, at a discounted price? 

Yes you can purchase all three packs as a bundle on Steam right now on sale at a 54% off. Off sale, the bundle is permanently set at 15% off the price of all three packs if purchased separately.

If I only purchase one of the packs, can I still receive a discount for purchasing all of them? 

Yes if you choose to complete your collection by buying the two remaining packs through the bundle, you will receive a discount on those last two packs.

Will this affect my progress for my Changeling/Yuan Bo/Mother Ostankya Campaigns? 

No, it will not affect your progress for any campaigns you are currently playing.

Will Patch 6.1s new content be added to my Changeling/Yuan Bo/Mother Ostankya Campaigns that in progress? 

No. If you have campaigns in progress with Cathay/Tzeentch/Kislev, the new content will not be added to those old saves. You will have to start a new save in order to play these factions with the Patch 6.1 update.

Are Update 6.1’s changes to Tzeentch, Grand Cathay, Kislev only available to owners of Shadows of Change content?

We are aware of intermittent issues with Fire at Will at the moment and are in the process of preparing a fix. This has been acknowledged via the relevant bug reports in the "Bugs" area. The status will be "Known Issue" on a bug report if we have it "on our list" as it were  :)

@CA_Nova#4724 Relay this to the devs working on the campaign ai. There's a obnoxious Campaign AI bug that's been plaguing the game since 4.0, possibly earlier. It stops the ai from making any significant headway after turn 40+ for a indefinite amount of turns. I've seen this behavior persist 40 turns later and sometimes 60 turns later. It makes any challenge to the game null and void, since the ai cant challenge my empire, and im building up settlements and gaining compounding money, while the ai is doing nothing. I don't want a laid back ai that allows itself to be conquered when playing on Legendary. Please fix this issue.
