SAYTANG NERFS WERE EXAGGERATED, CA DESTROYED HIM, PLS AT LEAST REVERT THE VISUALS AND SOME NERF 2 months ago
I know we all think that CA really went too hard with it. I've been doing testing with him in various match-ups, and comparing his damage outputs to other ranged lords/heroes, and he's not so much "toned down" as he was just sucked dry of effectiveness. His Wind Bow ability hits like a wet noodle, and was only able to kill a handful of peasants (the VFX is now just really lame on impact too). Compared to a Huntsman General whose active ability, without using his built in flame damage synergy mind, is able to do significantly more damage in a lower amount of time considering the cooldowns. Even his standard ranged attacks are really pathetic now. Firing his shots he can kill one dude on horseback, and by the time he's reloaded to take another shot other ranged lords/heroes have already dealt thrice the amount of damage.
He's still pretty good at sniping out artillery pieces, but for pretty much everything else he's been pretty underwhelming. Even soft targets like low armor archers were taking ages for him to do any real hurt to them. And it seems like he's having trouble with line of sight now, which he really shouldn't given that he's one of the tallest things in the game. On some maps with very slight elevation, he had to run up into basically skirmish unit range to fire off his Wind Bow.
At the moment he's really not living up to the "Legendary Hero" label, and I don't know how they managed to turn something as cool as "giant terracotta Gundam who shoots shit with a magic bow" into something so whelming...And even worse, they even managed to ruin even his visuals.. He's literally a colossal (one of the tallest entities in the old world) guardian with a f***g damn blessed celestial bow that shoots magical empowered arrows.. Come on CA, he should be ""op"", he should be devastating, HE SHOULD BE FUN, his unique gundam anime ability should be extremely impactful and powerful, and his shots should definitely be stronger than at least a bone giant (just to let you know, he does even less dmg than a damn bone giant now... imagine paying an overpriced artillery LH that deals less dmg than a bone giant, ffs how sad). Not only they destroyed his stats, they also ruined his visuals 😭 Why CA, just why. Why ruin such beatiful work.. Now it looks like he shoots damn bland yellow asparagus...please revert at least the visuals... and some nerfs too, he's pathetic af rn
