I can't unlock and claim the regiment of renown units on Total War Access, it said no more keys. Is there an issue with the website or is it my account? I can only claim it on Epic but not on Steam. I can claim the other DLC's but not the Regiment of Renown. SEGA support haven't answer me until now. I was wondering if other people have the same issue as me.
