When I unlocked the "Greasus Goldtooth Avatar", and the Titles "Goldtoothed", "Decorated", "Hoardmaster", and "Overtyrant", two copies of each appeared in my list.
If I try to apply that avatar or any of those titles to my profile, I get the error "An error occured with your last action. Please reload or contact an administrator if this error persists."
I have tried several things, including reloading the page and logging out and back in. I haven't tried contacting an administrator, because it does not give me a link for that and this is the best option I've found so far.
