The only positive I can see is Savage Orc Shaman Lord... finally giving savages a generic orc is great. But what about a savage Big Boss?

A night goblin big boss even though Night Goblins already have a generic hero (night goblin shaman)...

A Black Orc Weapon variant instead of giving Black Orcs their iconic weapon switching ability that made them stand out in TT.

Their LL is one of their more vanilla options as all the most colourful ones have long been released.

A LH, bleh.

The remaining units better be DAMN fine, because this is such a weak showing so far.

I'm looking forward to the LL mechanic, gaining buffs through tactics via mixed unit types? Sounds good to me. It feels like we know very little about them at the moment.

I mean, we are getting Gorbad and the Colossal Squig, and Snagla. Those are some amazing options to have in the game.

A few of these might not even work (Mangler Squigs, Big Stabba) or don't really exist (Monstrous Spider Cav).

As I said, barrel-scraping. They chose the Idol of Gork instead of the Mangler Squig for big Greenskin centerpiece unit. The Big Stabba was never going to work gameplay-wise and there's absolutely no need to stuff even more redundant hero choices into the roster.

I am rather happy with the GS part of the DLC so far. SOBB is needed, but my guess is on the FLC. The rest seems nice and as a forest goblin fan since 4th edition I am more than happy to see them get some more representation as I never dared to dream of a forest goblin LL. 

Eh it was expected. Besides the leak, the Orcs were the third race, which tends to get the short end of the stick, as time and money run out.

I'm a little confused by the choice of Snagla and a Night Goblin hero, they could have given us a Forest Gobin Hero (a ranged option, which Greenskins don't have) to supplement the forest gobin theme, or given us Gitilla and kept the option of Forest Gobins in case they want another LL down the line.

What's with this immediate doom and gloom? We have only seen 2 of 5 units so far. And the Night Goblin Big Boss is as valid an inclusion as any. As for the Black Orcs, imo its better to have 2 unit variants than one unit with an ability that isn't gonna be utilized by the AI in its battles or in autoresolve battles.

Pretty sure the Forest Goblins never got as much Tabletop-attention as the other Greenskin subspecies, besides their specialised units.

Gotta agree with this. The way they’ve done it, there’s tons of stuff missing but I’m highly doubtful we’ll get another GS dlc

Gitilla certainly would've been the number 1 LH pick. He's known for joining about anyone and not lead much in the way of an army on his own!

Idk, the Arachnorok (with Fobbo shaman) is one big piece of attention. Add to that spider riders, chief on gargantuan spider and Snagla and I'd say it's about as much attention as savage Orcs got and arguably more than Black Orcs.
