He should be a normal LL leading his own faction the Skaramor Tribe.

They don't command him.  If Skarr shows up on your battlefield, he's there to spill blood.  Not to follow orders.  Not to give orders.

CA has never turned a LH into a LL due to player feedback and I doubt they would start now. I think Skarr would've been a better fit as a lord but I'm afraid that ship has sailed.

Not true. They made Isabella von Carstein a LL/LH depending on who you pick between her and Vlad.

Isabella was a LL to begin with.

If they make him a hero that means Khorne will have 3 legendary Heroes. That's a bit much I think.

Great Book of Grudges thoughts on the subject. Interprets Skarr's standing to rougly equal to that of Valkia and notes that he can't lead the Skullreapers/Wrathmongers in an army as a LH.

Are we in time for CA to change course before the DLC releases? Very much no.

Could they turn him into a LL in the future if we keep asking for it? I think yes.

So let's keep making noise about it.

In time for the DLC? Probably not, CA moves at a snails pace.

But possibly later post release, technically possible if CA kknows what's best for this game.

It's crazy just how much CA have been able to devalue the whole concept of LHs in only two years. They're so toxic now, they only just rate above RoRs.

I have to sadly concur with those saying the ship has sailed. We're talking more than just a number change to ll frommlh. Starting position, starting army, balance around that, new faction, faction mechanics, and more. So I doubt there is time.

And they have never done it before. Now not saying they couldn't. They absolutely could, it's within their power. It's just if they fins it worth it or not. Particularly since it would probably be flc at that point.

This isn't going to happen.

With few exceptions I don't think LH's should exist. However this isn't the DLC to change CA's mind on it. And bluntly I don't think it ever happens. It's too small an issue to make a DLC sell less, so requires the right side to win an internal debate at CA.
