I don´t know why this hasn´t been done yet. Those circles and the glitters showing the boost in leadership because a character is nearby look awful. There´s no need to change them in any way, just give us the option to disable these two special effects for those who want a more realistic immersioninto the battle. Obviously I´m not talking about all the special effects in the game, only those that are not there for artistic purposes.
