Hello, I'm seeking for support for a problem I faced.
I redeemed some free contents in Epic before I bought warhammer3 however I finally bought it on Steam.
When I trying to download the content again, I found it showing redeemed and couldn't download it anymore.
Could you kindly help me with this problem? I want to redeem the free contents on Steam.

Hey there, as I am just about as new as you can be to this game, I'm somewhat familiar as I've tried before. Alas! I however, read somewhere that unfortunately they won't let it be cross-platform (i.e. originally redeemed on Epic then attempt to transfer via "Add a Non-Steam Game" on Steam's platform) It would be nice if it would just smoothly recognize the DLC and "Synchronize!"
