Please consider adding sea caravans for the high elves starting in Lothern.
It is loreful and adds a los of fravor to the game. It not only adds value to the high elves, but also for the dark elves and coastal vampires who can ride those sea caravans.
there is a good mod that adds this but if it could be implementes in vanilla it would be great!
I would love to see this baseline, but let all convoys/caravans actually put skill points into the heros you can get in them from dilemmas (and add some casters to the pool)

Amazing idea!! We need some concret action or gameplay at sea! Sea caravans can be a realllllllly cool idea! Sea lanes has to be used by the AI by the way!!!!
Elf towns for Lothern or just every faction? Aislinn protecting the sea lanes, the more the lanes are protected the more benefits you''ll get? Like better ship(caravan) benefits.
Even though we don't have naval battles, I'm all for the seas and the oceans becoming places of importance, teaming with life, with the introduction of new mechanics such as this one.
While we're at it Caravans really should improve with trips completed. A Caravan that's done 4 trips should be an elite stack that's a juicy loot box as well.
