Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Jorek is wounded
Step 2
Iron is aquired while jorek is wounded (objective for 1st quest)
Step 3
2nd quest is trigered but no objective is shown on jorek screen

I have captured screenshot if needed. Jorek Grimm fails to show the objective of the 2nd step. Iron was acquired while Jorek was wound so not sure if that has any implication.
2 step for jorek quest is not showing any objective making it impossible to complete his quest chain.
