Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Killed Rapturous Excess lord outside of their captial turn 8
Step 2
Killed new Generic AI lord with remaining units with settlement garroson turn 9
Step 3
Unable to move Karios to occupy even with 100% movement remaining
Step 4
Recurited a new lord to occupy the tower sucessfully however Karios still stuck next to the base

In immortal empires by turn 8 I had attacked Rapturous Excess in a failed ambush stance and defeated the lord on that turn which the Ai had recruited a new lord new their base by turn 9 with remaing units. I defeated the lord and units again occuping the base and went to occupy it however even with 100% movement left I was left unable since the Karios was stuck in the ground near the base. Even after recuriting a new lord to capture the tower Karios is still stuck with 100% movement left.
