By Normal the ammunition of the empires new Hochland longrifles unit shoots projectiles that have Penetration, however once you unlock the upgrade for explosive ammunition, what i assume happens is they all change to a the same different ammo type, which means that the hochland longrifles lose their unique one which has penetration. This results in much worse performance in shooting small targets at the benefit of a negligable explosion.

I would greatly appreciatte if this bug was fixed, as not unlocking that last upgrade in the gunnery school becuase i like using longrifles feels pretty bad.

I will include links to two videos where i showcase performance side by side and also two replays with and without.  Ive done multiple tests with the upgraded version performing consistently worse, if requested i can provide a 3rd video, one with a mod to fix this.
