Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Choose a legendary lord
Step 2
Click settings and then change all settings
Step 3
And choose another legendary lord again
Step 4
And then choose the first legendary lord you chose, and choose another legendary lord again
Step 5
Click settings and change settings again
Step 6
And check the names of the lords you choose

Legendary lord name randomly changes after making changes in campaign settings but It does not happen everytime.
