Krell is absent

​Good day!

I started the campaign for Kemmler and discovered that I was missing the Krell call, which was disappointing from a competitive point of view.

Entering the battle outside the company, I noticed that Krell was blocked. 

There is no way to find the FLC page in the store - there is no content, but Steam help writes that I have the FLC in my library.

Mods, regardless of their activity, do not affect this problem.

Please help. Thank you!
