​Hello. I would like to ask a question that I had based on the Karnak trailer and the riders of the Rot Beasts of Nurgle. Can the Warlords of Khorne ride Flesh Hounds like the Warlords of Nurgle ride Rot Beasts?

Only Arbaal can. 

The Khorne equivalent to Rot Beasts is the Juggernaught, with Skullcrushers being equivalent to Rot Knights.

Plague Drones are Nurgle's "Lesser Daemon riding daemonic mount" unit.  The Nurgle equivalent of Bloodcrushers/Seekers/Changebringers.

It's just a different mount than Rot Knights.  Most likely because Rot Beasts aren't actually daemons.

You mean the Pox Riders we've had since launch? 

Its worth noting Arbaal's flesh hound is not just any old flesh hound, it's a freekin' SEM sized flesh hound, who IIRC was khornes bestest boy before Karanak took that spot in the newer lore.
