With the massive Dwarf Bolt Thrower buff, it's time to discuss Elven Bolt Throwers. Doubling the model count of Dwarf Bolt Thrower was a bit of an obscene buff and I'm not suggesting anything like that for Elven Bolt Throwers. However, I feel like the argument that Elves shouldn't have effective artillery is getting a bit stale. The only real function that Elven artillery has in MP is as a counter-artillery piece.

The easiest solution for the Bolt Throwers is making their anti-infantry mode at least do SOMETHING apart from just nibble at an infantry unit. I'd suggest lowering the missile spread so that most of the projectiles actually make contact with enemy infantry formations and therefore deal some actual damage.

Thoughts?

yeah they suck, more missile speed helps, more accuracy helps. A neat trick would be to remove their "cannot run" attribute allowing them to be a bit more manoeuvrable
