I opened Garagrim's character menu in my Thorek campaign and his Rune panel is blank. I tried equipping Runes and I couldn't. I don't use mods.

Start a Thorek Campaign

Step 2

Unlock Garagrim

Step 3

Open Garagrim's equipment menu

Step 4

Notice the Rune panel is blank
