do the math on how long it should take you to research your next few technologies

compare the glaring difference between your math result and the time it actually took

lets say i want to research 10 technologies with a base research time of 2 turns each.
In first case i have 100% research speed, so it will take me a total of 20 turns to finish all of them.
In second case i have 150% research speed, so i SHOULD only need 15 turns to finish all of them. Alas, i still need 20 turns.
Even cranking up the research speed to 190% has no effect on my actual research time needed in this case.
