Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Get into a Siege Battle with Elspeth on Dragon
Step 2
Land Elspeth manually and take off manually again
Step 3
right click a building like a barricade or city gate with Elspeth selected
Step 4
watch Elspeth fly to her target but not attack it 90% of the time

Elspeth on Dragon won't land on her own in order to attack a building if you manually landed and lift her off before.
Workaround: Land Elspeth manually before right clicking a barricade/gate
I did not test if this bug affects other flyers or flying characters as well.
