Trading settlment then immediately declaring war doesnt cause reliability drop

Selling a settlement away then immediately declaring war and taking settlment back doesnt cause any reliability drop. Makes optimal war declaration to sell as many cities as you have lords before declaring war. Creates toxic optimal gameplay.


In screenshots and in save file, i sold gallows tree to Kul, then recapped it immediately. Reliability is still very high
