Just got to turn 140 in my campaign, got the cinematics for both Major Victory and the end of the sea peoples invasion. Upon clicking the "Continue Campaign" button from the Records screen, I can no longer move my armies or end the turn. The "Events" tab and "Pending Actions/End Turn" Button are greyed out and do nothing when clicked.
When hovering over the end turn button the tooltip says:
"Dismiss all advice and related events before ending turn. You might need to break barter agreements that you are unable to pay for."
But there is no advice or event on the screen and I have no trade agreements.
