Both Clan Competition and Ladder (ranked) aren't working.

Clans can't capture provinces on avatar mode (it shows the actual clan competition will end in 4955 days), neither is ladder working or ranked matchs giving ranked points.

I openned a ticket pointing this bug, but they said they can't do anything and that this needs to be posted here if I want a dev to see it (I found this bizarre).

I don't know If the multiplayer ranked ladder and clan competition on avatar mode aren't being supported anymore, just started to play Total War franchise.

Can someone from CA say if this is going to be fixed or not? As far I saw this started around 3 months agora and wasn't fixed so far.

Well. On tickets nobody answer, they say it's only posting on the forums.

The forums look full dead too. How can a company sell a product and have NO support?

Frankly there is no direct support here.  Report your issue with Sega Support.  If they direct you back here then a Community Manager or a Moderator via PM and let them know.

Dang, Sega Support say its here, here it dont work. How the hell will I be able to reach CA after all?
