Hello

I was wondering how I could mod the vassals created by the grant administrator option for Liu Biao and Yuan Shu so that it would create a vassal similar to that of the 'Demand Subservience' and 'Offer Cooperation' which provide the faction resource (which the vassal created by grant administrator does not). There does not seem to be much information on modding for Total War 3K, and I was hoping someone could help me figure out this issue.
