I am playing as Liu Bei and currently on turn 78. Whenever I try to end my turn, it was would always freeze on AI Faction. The AI that's getting stuck on is another emperor and I cannot do anything to make him change his moves.

Below is the list of things I have tried and hasn't worked.
-Verifying game files (Steam)

-Deleting the game and re-install

-Disabling all mods (I started the campaign without any mods)

-Using steam workshop mods such as Bug Fix

-Going back previous turns

-Updated drivers and window (Were already updated)

-Used the command SFC /scannow 

-Looked through Reddit 

-Checked specs (Confident that my pc can run this game at ultra)

I have the same issues - also with a Liu Bei campaign - i've gone back to previous saves and managed to advance it a few times.  Seems connected, at least sometimes, with a bigger faction unifying a smaller one that is in a coalition?
