Playing as Babylon you quite quickly capture the settlement with the Grand Temple of Ishtar (it is in the hands of your starting foe) which is kinda awkward because you don't start with Ishtar discovered, and capturing her Cult Centre (complete with her Grand Temple) doesn't discover her for you. 

Shouldn't it... kinda do that? You'd think Cult Centres would by default discover their associated deity upon capture, no?
