The victory objectives for the Sherden (and possibly other factions) involves razing a city named 'Cibyra'. However, the city in question is named 'Cabalis' instead. It also has this name on the campaign map (see bottom right of screenshot).
A very minor bug, probably got renamed when porting to Dynasties.
