What happened with the map of the Border Princes? And will we get a proper divided into small Mercenaries and petty kings map with DoW or even better an individual Border Princes DLC?

Which map do you mean?
So far we only know of the next two DLCs:
1) Thrones of Decay, bringing new content for the Empire, Nurgle and the Dwarfs
2) The following DLC which will cleary bring new toys to Slaanesh

I am well aware of the roadmao and the upcoming DLC I will even venture that all 4 Chaos gods will get one before we see a new faction but then the new faction might well be DoW and hopefully also a Border Prince one with ties to DoW but seperate mechanics. The map was @Red_Dox#2328 mentioned in his post about Lietpold the Black that the changes in the Border Prince map in IE would make him starting there impossible so I was wondering what those changes where
