What is Hey good idea on the badge listing and how do you get it to unlock?

All the completionists amongst us are trying to figure it out.
There's a leaderboard listing all non-admin accounts by their amount of points: https://community.creative-assembly.com/leaderboard
Points are a key indicator as the only known source of points are badges.
However even the current top ranked accounts like Mr-Vorn, BillyRuffian and yourself haven't been able to unlock Hey Good Idea or The Sticky Factor.
It's possible that the actions required haven't been authorized yet by the admins, who are (supposedly) not fully familiar with G2G settings yet.

If you go to your profile you will see an activity label with your threads, post, questions and IDEAS, but for any reason you cannot use it yet...
