The next DLC is Slaanesh VS HE VS DE/Nosca/XXX, there will be no Cathay. At least it has to be the next dlc after Slaanesh.

Slaanesh vs 2x Elves would be a pretty dull combination. I think that would be the final nail in the coffin for game 3 dlcs so I hope CA have not listened to the dullards who propose it.

So Tigermen are pretty much guaranteed for the Monke DLC. I can't wait to see the full map.

How is that dull? That's one of the central rivalries of the entire setting. And it certainly makes better sense than forcing in Cathay.

CA and GW never cross promo their releases. Monke is obviously a strong contender for the next DLC but this means absolutely nothing for it.

We don't know that. There will be Slaanesh (probably), but other two races could be virtually anyone, including Cathay. 

At this point.... gimme a Monkey-warriors and Tigermen DLC that heavily expands the Mountains of Heaven and these subcultures. Would love to get Monke and the Leader of the Tiger Court.

A few things speak for Cathay being part of the next DLC:

• Months ago we had "leaked" motion capturing actor (Nilly Cetin) for Tigermen and a voice actor (Rebecca Yeo) probably for a cathayan hero (Taoyan the Merciless)
  • yes, the DoW "leak" is very old too, but there is a difference between adding a few lines into a database or hiring people for animation and voice acting...
  • also the voice actor leak happened at the same time as the voice actor leak for the second Slaanesh hero and nobody here doubts that Slaanesh gets a new hero in the next DLC...
• Dechala with a snake theme in Kuresh against the Monkey King and Tigermen in the Mountains of Heaven and Ind would be "thematic"
• As far as we know Cathay has three Legendary Lords left so they need at least one more DLC
• two of the three Shadow of Change factions received a big and medium rework with the last patch but Cathay got nothing? Maybe because the next DLC is around the corner?
• GW started promoting Cathay for the Old World now
  • maybe that should have happened originally waaay earlier and that is the way CA switched Slaanesh for Khorne
  • maybe this is why we still have not received a single word about the next DLC even after CA promised to improve communication last year?
    

On the other hand, there are honestly other factions who should come before Cathay (Norsca...). But maybe HE have no spot in the next DLC? I mean, what evidence do we have? Dechala is thematic against HE? That's it. Maybe it will be completely different like Dechala vs Sayl vs Monkey King with Li Dao as FLC? To be honest, we all knew Khorne would get a DLC but who would have guessed it will be Skulltaker vs. Golfgag vs. Gorbad? I'm sure someone would have told us that there are more thematic combinations for Khorne...but at the time we knew it will be Khorne instead of Slaanesh we also learned about all the next races at once. So there was never time to speculate about a thematic Khorne DLC.

Such things are meaningles. We have WH3 HE voice lines since launch. CA always does thes ethings YEARS in advance. 

Cathay is a strong contender yes but everything is possible. You people should stop jumping the gun. Maybe its gonna be Slaanesh x TK x Bretonnia for all we know.
