Why no Nurgle recruiting / Raise dead bug hotfix?

Ok, so great that there is a a patch coming with improvements, and fine that you push it back to ensure quality. However, I really wish focus would be on fixing very significant bugs that absolutely derail the whole game experience for some of us, before adding new units and other content. For those who don´t know, all (?) 'instant recruitment' (such as Nurgle recruitment and Raise Dead) costs in the game, are currently bugged, making them a lot lower than they should be (and in the case of Nurgle at least, units are completely free when corruption maxes). This makes campaigns unintentionally much, much easier for many factions. You have been informed of this, the reason for this, and the solution. Now, I don´t know if this solution has unintended consequences or is hard to implement for some coding reason - but if anything deserves a hotfix it is this.


To quote from the Bug forum, where user DARE spelled it out:


​Any unit that can be recruited instantly ("Mercenaries" in game files) has a -50% modifier to recruitment costs. 


Reason: wh3_dlc26_cai_ogr_mercenaries_discount is active as a hidden faction effect. How to find: Settings -> game settings -> enable context viewer -> press button between esc and tab to open context viewer -> find own faction in faction list -> see EffectBundleUnfilteredList (it is hidden in UI)


Modding this value to 0 has fixed the issue.
