Golfag for me, especially because the OK update looks really fun !

Gorbad seems interesting, but I am a bit... Disappointed, tbh, of the GS update. GS plays well, but I would have like a few mechanics tied to the GS LL, like the Crown if Azhag for instance. Hopefully it Will be done in future free updates :)

Skulltaker and Arbaal. I was interested in Gorbad but the over the top buffs and lack of interesting mechanics ruined it for me, I expected other things for a Mastermind character.

I guess I will wait until I play them all though for a full review.

Skulltaker. Duelist lords are fun. Glasscannon infantry is fun. The Cloak of Skulls mechanic looks like it incentivizes a novel playstyle focused on taking out enemy lord armies. That's cool because it adds to the obvious attack-sack-raze of Skarbrand and means that your lord has something to do while Bloodhosts raze. Plus, I played a lot of Khorne and I'm excited to try the rework.

Golfag and Arbal seem to be the best of the bunch. Great work, but please check the community discussions on how you can improve the DLCs before you move on to the next ones.

+1 to this.

Golgfag, Arbaal and Skulltaker all look great.

Gorbad also looks ok but please read the feedback on the GS bits CA.

I would have more interest in any of the content if you could stop pumping them full of powercreep and didn't design all the new campaigns to be as easy and trivial as possible.

This game is three years old. The Total War Warhammer series is eight years old. By now you should trust that people know how the game works and can deal with more advanced stuff and with challenges.

My vote is on Golg the Maneater, with Gorbad being a comfortable second place. Third and fourth are Skulltaker and Arbaal, respectively.

Love Ogres, have been looking forward to new Ogre content for ages, and the reworks to Ogres as a whole look so good I might go and play as either Skrag or Greseus right after I do a campaign with The Maneater. And frankly, being a mercenary with mechanics focused around the business of being a mercenary sounds like a fun, fresh experience, so I'm in.

Gorbad is second because I love Greenskins (Might also take a different Greenskin campaign out for a spin when I'm done with Golg, maybe Grom again or even Skarsnik), and the Scrap upgrade changes intrigue me. I also love the unique 'planning' mechanic, as it actually encourages us, the players, to not doomstack.

Arbaal and Skulltaker look fun, and I'm happy that Khorne now has significantly more content, but none of their new stuff has 'wow'd' me as much as the new Ogre and Greenskin stuff. I'm not saying the Khorne expansion is bad-far from it-but it is less hype, imo, then the 2 other portions of the DLC.

Ogre rework sounds like the BM rework- good quality but makes them trivially easy so there's no challenge or replayability.

I'll probably pass on this DLC until there's been a few balance passes.

None tbh, all 4 are so powercrept and OP. I'll wait for you to nerf them in a few patches, because as they are, it's like we're not even allowed to have a challenge with any DLC content which is atrocious.

Not really sold on Khorne based on Skarbrand's campaign. There never was a happy medium in balance so I couldn't be bothered with it.

I will wait and see what the reaction is like on that campaign before buying it. Mind you I won't buy any of the packs before the weekend anyway so will wait for Steam reviews before buying - apparently some youtube scummers have already seen it but they can kiss my arse after lying about the state of game 3 at launch.

I’ll probably play Gorbad first, simply because I like the Greenskins the best. I’m generally happy with his units, and his mechanics look pretty different and interesting. I do hope that in the future the Greenskins get one final DLC with the missing units people are clamouring for – even if it’s just a unit pack – and the legacy LLs get spruced up a bit.

Second will be Golfag. He’s probably the star of the DLC for me, as the whole mercenary thing looks very cool, and the new additions and changes bring some great improvements to the faction that were sorely needed. Again, I’d be happy to fork out some dough for a final DLC with Ghark Ironskin as LL, Braugh Slavelord as LH, some nice armoured mounts, hobgoblins perhaps, slavery and evil focus, affinity with Chorfs.

Third will be Uzhul, maybe. I’ll buy the Khorne part as well, of course, and the campaign stuff looks decent enough. But the units, while they look and sound great, seem disappointing from what I’ve seen from the content creator feeding frenzy on YT. Khorne is the most one-note, 1D faction in the game with little strategic variety in battle. They are only good at melee and are countered well with ranged and magic. Khorne is a daemon god of blood and skulls, killing and destruction. I would very much like what will probably be his only DLC to reflect that. As a filthy casual player I’m not really interested in arguments like ‘yes, they are absolute infantry blenders, the elite of the elite, better than anyone, but their unit loses one on one to inferior units because there are so few models, but blended into another unit they do okay, all you have to do is hope that doubled up unit doesn’t get targeted by something destructive, losing you two units in one go.’ That doesn’t sound like Khornate carnage and devastation  to me. Make. Them. Better. Please... And the Slaughterbrute by all accounts is as brutal and slaughterous as wet toilet paper. When I meet Khorne AI factions in game, I don't want it to be like ‘Oh, there’s Khorne’. It should be like meeting the Chorfs when they’re at the  top of their game, or seeing the multiple WoC stacks appear over the horizon in TWW I. Something at least casual players can actually worry about. And if I’m going to dedicate 15-20 hours of my free time playing a Khorne faction, I want it to feel like a Khorne faction. This was the wrong faction for you guys to stop at and say ‘Hmm, actually perhaps we should start listening to the people complaining all our new stuff is OP’. Khorne should be a BRUTAL experience whether playing it or facing it. By all means balance stuff for MP and have these totally mental units start out weak. But give us the tech tree and skill tree and item buffs to make them feel like we really are daemons set on destroying every living thing on the planet. Please….

All round, though, pleased with the DLC. Thanks for all your creativity and efforts to make it worthwhile and fun, I very much appreciate it!!
