If you look in the new trailer, the Black Orcs with Axe and Shield appear to be able to swap to a dual Axe mode. You actually see them run around more with dual weapons than their shields, and there's several shots of them having a shield strapped to their backs.

Now, I suspect that dual axes means they get a Bonus vs Infantry, in which case I seriously hope that da Krimson Killaz get a bit of love so there isn't too much overlap.

This always happens, variants that exist in trailers and screenshots that don't exist in game. This has happened all the way back to prophet and the warlock, maybe even before that.

Don't expect something thats not confirmed then get mad if it doesn't happen.

Im pretty sure the 'special care' is referring to interesting looking shields for them. Im not expecting anything more!

I think these are either an RoR, or CA updated the Orc Bigguns, and now they have a longer axe so their BvL actually makes sense

It's literally visible in the screenshot you posted before, around the 35, 36 second mark. Massive old axe in the right, sword in the left, shield strapped to the back.

The assets for weapon swaps aren't made, otherwise weapon variants would come sooner and we wouldn't be paying for them.
