Hello as the title says this post is going to be about minor nitpicks, I have about the mounts for the Kislev Characters. Mainly the choice of warhorse for each character.

The first is the Golden Knight and her warhorse. The concept art for her horse showed it with white fur and a blue saddle blanket, but in game the horse has dark grey fur and a red saddle blanket. The more I think about it the Saddle Blanket might take the primary colour of the faction you are playing as, but I still think her's should be a permanent blue. I would prefer if this was changed to the original concept art design since her steed would stand out more than it does. Currently the grey fur and red saddle blanket is the same as the Gryphon Legion horses. She already looks very unique, but I feel these minor changes to her steed would help her stand out more.

The second would be the Druzhina. Since the Druzhina is being described as a Rural Nobel who is not as rich as the Boyars of the great cities, I find it odd that the Druzhina uses the same warhorse model as the Boyar since it is too ostentatious for a rural man. I would prefer if the Druzhina was given the same warhorse mount as the Patriarch which is the same horse model used by the Winged Lancers. This model better suits the Druzhina's more humble appearance when compared to Boyars or the Gryphon Legion Knights.

Thirdly Kostaltyn's warhorse is the same model as the Gryphon Legion Knights and Boyars, but I think his should also be the same model as the Patriarch and Winged Lancers. Despite being the Supreme Patriarch, his clothes and appearance aren't regal, but instead humble (and messy). Just like my complaint with the Druzhina, the current warhorse model Kostaltyn uses is too fancy and clashes with his appearance.  The Winged Lancer Horse model would suit him better.

Fourthly continuing with Kostaltyn, his war bear mount isn't unique like Tzarania Katarin's or Boris Usus's. His war bear is the same one that the Patriarchs use. Now while I don't think his war bear has to be as regal and decorated as Katarin's and Boris', I still feel like it should have a unique Orthodox themed saddle blanket and unique Ursin artwork on the armor plates. Also there is a bug where Kostaltyn's brazier loses it's visual flame effect while he is mounted on the bear. As you can see in his warhorse screenshot his brazier is flaming, but on this one it isn't.

Lastly Tzarina Katarin's Ice Court Sled is lacking animations for the Tzar Guard driver. Every other chariot in the game has an animation of the driver whipping at the horses periodically, but the tzar guard on Katarin's Sled doesn't at all. He just sits there musing about what he will do when he finally retires instead of doing his job.

Nice catch - and most seem to be easy fixes so who knows they might.

PS: why absolutely no shadows - the game looks... woff...

My PC is old and pretty weak. I am amazed I can even run this game, but in order to have it somewhat playable I had to turn everything down. It's mainly the campaign map that kills my PC battles are fine unless it's 4 20 stacks then it starts to lag.

Nobody is going to talk about the 6 grey not combat prepared supposely regal horses from Katarin... No one??? At least the icy unpopular ones make sense to have them naked. I totally have prefered an elk approach, at least would make sense she can just pull away all this infantry the way she does it

I believe in lore her sled was pulled by white horses not grey ones and that would make more sense since all of the warhorse mounts for Katarin, Ice Witches, and Frost Maidens are white horses. Elks seem to be loyal to the hags and not the Ice Court.
