Since it was initially supposed to come out at the end of June it's likely a very short delay so probably the first week of July.

Yes it had, SoC riot occurred Q4 2023 and CA waited until late December to act on it, leaving the "Winter 2023" expectation alive.

Don't be naïve Minia, of course there was going to be a delay after the SoC drama, when they realised they had to upgrade ToD & SoC in size/scope.

The original winter slot was for a ToD that would have been similar in planned size/scope as SoC 1.0 - Be glad that didn't manifest. 

I'm glad it didn't manifest. I am still salty on CA for waiting until the last possible moment to announce the delay. By salty I mean, I am not upset but I don't trust anytime a timeline is mentioned.

Did you really expect new things from a character that uses the same rig and weapons as the units we already have?
