Slaanesh shouldn't get any big dumb monsters because Slaanesh isn't about big dumb monsters, he's about things that require at least some sort of self-awareness and intellectual prowess. 

Adding "centerpiece" models for the sake of doing so was always stupid and is mostly a gacha-gamer demand anyway.

Preyton is nowhere near tier 5.

It would be, because it has wings so presumably it flies, which automatically raises it closer to a tier above. So long as its stats are mid Tier 4, it will be a Tier 5 monster.

It's not fragile. It has the same Toughness, Wounds and Scaly Skin as Mutalith Vortex Beast and Slaughterbrute

Huh? Since when Tzeentch is about schemeing and intelligence and gets a big smashy monster. Slaanesh is getting one to in some form or another. The Basilisk could be cool. Its connected to Slaanesh with its reptile/snake origins and Slaanesh has a connection to snakes.

Preytons cost less than a Cockatrice so that theory doesn't exist. Cockatrice is tier 3

Realistically Preyton should be tier 3 and Chimera should be tier 4.

Realistically Preyton should be tier 3 and Chimera should be tier 4.

Norsca doesn't need Tier 4 monsters.

I believe that Tzeentch is about change and mutation more than scheming. That's what I think I heard.

No way a Chaos Dragon should be in the same Tier as a Chimera or even more so a Preyton.

Also, the Preyton simply fits better because of roster necessities. Its all about Power Scale, and a Chaos Dragon would demolish a Preyton, it's not even funny.

Sure something may jump a tier here or there but mostly its consistent with TT and lore. A Preyton jumping to Tier 5 makes absolutely no sense.

Well, Slaanesh shouldn't get a flyer to be better than a Bloodthirster anyway, so it should be fragile, fast, hard hitting but ultimately not strong enough to be competitive, but just the way all Slaanesh units in the roster work...so, I guess it should be Tier 4? but the thing about DLC units is that they are OP to look good, so if it turns up it will be Tier 5 and this just makes sense from gameplay perspective.

Spined Chaos Beast or Basilisk.

The Chimera looks like something meant to be a bit better than Manticores, but mainly as support units with the 4 heads. So, I don't expect it to be higher than Tier 3 with no rampage. 

The Frost Dragon should stay where it is, because bumping it to Tier 5 would make other flyers less competitive. A Bloodthirster is Tier 5 only because it is flying, but it has the profile of a Tier 4 monster. So, if Frost Dragons are bumped to Tier 5, then they will demolish Bloodthirsters in melee and I think only Star Dragons should be able to boss them as they do currently.

Slaanesh never had one of these things. I personally want the Archfiend but it’s gonna be the Basilisk. 

Dread Maw or the Archfiend. None of the other Chaos Monsters fit Slaanesh.
