Hero Hammer is extremely out of Control in this game.

A general solution is to take Heroes and Lords, take their stats, subtract 30 from MA and MD.  Then take the remainder and divide it by two.  Take the remainder and add this number plus thirty back to the Lord or Hero.  You now have a less ridiculous game to play.

On the other hand knock backs can be a real drag.  A magical item that removes fall damage and blunts impact hits for foot heroes would be welcome.

I think foot characters should just have 85% knockdown resist by default. It's very frustrating that an empire or high elf caster hero pays less for being supposedly less tankier, but in practice is a lot more survivable than say a chaos dwarf daemonsmith since they don't get the invincibility from knockdown.

A simple thing that would help would be to lower XP gain considerably. Right now you can often level up twice after a single battle and that's just inflationary to the extreme.

The real issue is that of heroes and lords being single entities. Adding bodyguard models to them would fix so many issues regarding the imbalance in the game.

Even old games like Mark of Chaos and Dawn of War had this perfectly figured out with the option to attach and detach characters to other units in battles.

I don't want body guards.  The original system works fine.  There are problems when stats go over a certain value and single characters are generally one of the most obvious holes in  meaningful game play.

I hope more thought it put into the game systems in the future.  In general, MA, MD, and CB in WHIII are often out of wack causing a lot of unwanted interactions.  Giving the game meaningful interactions is very important and something the balance team at least picked up on in the difficulty system which was extremely skewed in the previous two titles and is now less wanting.

This! Unless being Monster himself like Durthu or with monster mounth every lord and hero should be attached to bodyguards unit.

Can only agree and it is something that can't exactly be modded right now so CA do it...bodyguards for all human sized heroes!

Whenever I see you make comments, on my threads or on others', I see the same kind of remarks. They are biased and unconstructive with a clear predisposition to ignore matter of fact.

To anyone who doesn't want to be ingored in threads like these, don't write immaturely and with unmovable intend to ignore counterarguments.

To anyone who notices this kind of behaviour, don't fall for their pretentiousness.
