The game will not load past the copyright screen.  Fresh install, no mods, run as admin, have the prerequisites, antivirus software has it whitelisted, and all other available troubleshooting is not working to resolve the issue.  Have played for months with no issue.

6.0.3 Version. As in title - game stuck on copyright scree each time. Loads and works perfectly after 30 or so mins. Reproduces each time, just launch the game.
