When you mouse hovers over a besieged settlement with a selected Lord that is not directly besieging, your performance will drop massively.

Step by step of the bug

Start new campaign with Karl Franz
Step 2
Besiege first enemy settlement
Step 3
Recruit another lord and select that Lord
Step 4
With new selected Lord hover mouse over besieged settlement
