Simply put: When I equip the Item Horn of the Ancestors, it's active skill doesn't show up in the Character details. It doesn't work for me on any Commander or Hero. No mods installed. When in battle with a Character that has the Item equipped, I can't use it's ability because it doesn't show up in battle either.
