This one's pretty bad.
Playing as Slaughterbrute Tribe I confederated Malagor on turn 50 for 1200 Dread.
I found him in a very sorry state indeed. He was rank 2, I assume from simply existing on the campaign map for that long or taking his first herdstone, and he was still in the same location he started in on turn 1. I am fairly sure he still has the exact same starting army as well!
I don't really mind that he's only rank 2 but what I do think is wrong is that the AI has done nothing but "hit end turn" on repeat for 50 turns. That's not a flaw with Malagor necessarily but it's something I've seen across multiple factions where they just camp in their settlement and do nothing, ie, "AFK" for 50+ turns, usually when their hidden faction potential is not high.
This is particularly chronic case because the AI clearly hasn't attempted to expand or do anything at all. It should at least try to do something.
But I have noticed in Skarbrand campaigns, Malagor tends to do very little also, and generally speaking the AI Beastmen never really achieve anything but be a damp rag. But in the hands of the player, Beastmen are extremely powerful.
