I've also reported this in the past. Can't remember if I ever got a response or not, it's been so long already. I think it was even on the old forum. Seems this isn't isn't high on their list of fixing, but I would gladly see it fixed all the same. Thanks for reporting, hope this bug report will catch the eye of the community team so it at least gets send to the devs.

In previous game versions the Gorebull had multiple stages of Strength of the Land and Unrelenting Warherd. These were labelled Roman numerically. Each of the stages could be stacked by multiple Gorebulls each with a different one actiev because each stage had a different ability name. This triggered a nerf in a patch.
Since the game has been since patched, these skills have been reduced to a single skill.
However, now, those skills have retained their numerical assignment, though it makes no sense to be so.
