Step by step of the bug
Step 1
create a cult
Step 2
choose ritual of the disciples (and lure of slaanesh but I think this doesn't matter)
Step 3
end turn
Step 4
try and move the disciples army that appears

When summoning a disciple army using the cult, 2 armies appear but none can be moved. It does let you change the stance but no matter what you change them to, the army will not move, I have even tried moving both but same issue. This is not the first time this has happened and making the function pointless as the armies suffer attrition and die.
I did take a screen shot but can't find an insert option.
