it activates during a battle, suddenly all sounds disappear, including character voices, selection and movement sounds, buttons in general, the problem persists after the battle in the campaign map and also even exiting to the main menu, there you can't hear the buttons either, the only way to solve the problem is to restart the game, I suspect that the problem is activated by pressing one or several keys on the keyboard at the same time, I'm not sure which ones, but it usually happens when wanting to press W, A, S, D, Z or X, I accidentally press another key, perhaps the F or the R at the same time with some other key, SHIFT may also be being pressed at the time of the bug (when it happens I try to remember what combination I pressed but I can't reconstruct the sequence) I think the problem happens by pressing several keys on the keyboard at the same time, trying to solve the problem from the sound settings doesn't work.
