Hi CA. If this was removed due to being an accessibility issue, perhaps they could be re-added, but with an option to turn on/off?
I don't see the problem with the accessibility. It's a piece of flavor that got mostly removed but the Horde camps still mantained their artworks. The empty province panels still feel like they are missing something.
A toggle option in the settings would be a good idea.

At this point I don't believe they will ever come back.
The request is there and many want the artworks back, but unfortunately nothing will change.
The panels remain in this state of blandness.
Please CA, add the panel (or give us a campaign customization option to add it!

I agree, please CA, bring this back. We've all been waiting a very, very long time for the panel / UI artwork to be brought back.
First of all, I would like to thank CA for gradually bringing back flavor and details from the previous two games in Warhammer 3, like the unique end turn sounds, the occupy settlement art or the old main menu backgrounds.
However, what I still sorely miss in Warhammer 3 are the landscape panorama background artworks from WH2 and 1 that adorned each province's settlement panels.
For some reason they seem to be disabled in WH3 because factions with horde camp features still have them while all other provinces remain empty.
For consistency, it would be great if all artworks returned for each race and their respective provinces. Bringing them all back and eventually creating new ones for Kislev, Cathay, Daemons, Chaos Dwarfs and Ogres would certainly add more flavor and improve the current empty settlement panels.
