Dear Creative Assembly.

Please make a Total War game based on the Lord of the Rings world. Perhaps you could partner with the movie maker guys to create a world-shattering game, that will always be remembered by future generations of TBS nerds and loregoblins.

Yes please, you probably already owns the IP and can do it for cheap!  And your partner GW will be so happy if you promote another fantasy setting with a new game!​

Considering that GW promote(and sell) lotr stuff themselves, this won't be an issue.

I'm all for Total War based on Tolkien's oeuvre, but I would rather not have it grounded in WB's, and by extension, GW's interpretations.

Embracer would love to see the IP to be used more and i would buy it.

GW owns the Middle Earth TT game which would be the ideal base for a LotR TW game. So this would actually be a win win for both GW and CA. 

I would absolutely love an official Total War: Lord of the Rings game!

Do you remember Third Age Total War? That was one of the best if not the BEST Medieval 2 mod.

Sure it won't be as grand or complex as Warhammer, but I don't care. One game in Middle-Earth would be enough and Lord of the Rings desperately needs a new good game.

GW has many Middle-Earth tabletob units that CA could work with to create intresting faction rosters.
